When I found out that DecoArt had ‘re-vamped’ their SoSoft Fabric Paint line, I thought that maybe it was time that I would give it a test run. I have always loved painting on Roc-Lon blackout weight fabric. It easy to paint on with no prep, durable, and can be easily cut to any shape without fraying or running. I strung them on some mini-pompon trim and added some cute embellishments. They really came out cute.
I also made a version of these banner pieces using some of my bevel-cut, self-framing wood ornaments. I decided to offer both the self-framing ornaments and thin plywood ornaments so you could display them as you choose. For these I used regular DecoArt Americana acrylic paint and I found them to be equally nice. So you have lots of choices!
The 19-page pattern includes many full-color step-by-step photos and instructions to guide you. This is well suited for beginners and seasoned painters alike. Clear line drawings are also included.
