You will LOVE this fun and somewhat ‘frightening’ set of cute monster letters (pattern includes the full alphabet)! They are great for any type of Halloween project or just on their own as cute letters any time of the year for your children’s room. Use them for banners, signs or stand up letters that can be scattered on a shelf. (Wood pieces sold via the link below.) They will appeal to boys, girls, and even adults!

The pattern is set up so that each of the eight main colors used are charted. (i.e. the chart shows what base coat, highlight, shade and embellishment colors were used for each of the examples) This way you can swap out colors or make your own combination of cute pieces to match your room or suit your taste. They are really fun and easy!

I used regular DecoArt Acrylics for the main colors, and coated each with a layer of the DecoArt Glamour Dust Ultra Fine Glitter Paint. Then, as an option, I tried the NEW DecoArt Extreme Sheen Metallics for all the spots, lips and little details. If you want to use your regular metallic paints, that is fine, too. I just liked how the new Extreme Sheen Metallics covered in one layer and gave a foil-like shine.
