When I showed these ornaments to my fellow painters on my Facebook page and in painting groups, the one thing that was said most in the comments was “I could NEVER do plaid like that!” In hearing that over and over in the comments, I took that as a challenge to show you all how FUN and EASY painting plaids can be.
Plaids aren’t as scary as you think! As you will see from my instructions, you don’t even have to be perfectly straight when painting them. Even though they give the look of doing the lines in one fell swoop – nothing could be further from the truth. I find that the way I will teach you to do them, creating plaids will be fun, stress-free, and most of all BEAUTIFUL!
